This publication presents the 1998 budget as compared with the approved 1997 budget and actual budget performance in 1996.
The sums in the Budget Law and the tables are presented in average approximate prices for January-December 1998. Data pertaining to 1997 are denominated in original 1997 budget prices; the 1996 budget performace data are in actual prices of Budget Year 1996.
